Future Goals“I want to help Summit Retail Solutions expand its national presence in Costco. Additionally, I’m looking to expand the show style division to other retailers such as Wal-Mart, Myers, and Price Chopper.”
Caesar has always been impressed by every opportunity he’s been given to grow with Summit Retail Solutions, knowing every accomplishment is recognized. He enjoys seeing his team progress both individually and as a group. These things make him excited to go to work every day.
Caesar’s biggest motivator is seeing others progress as they reach their own potential in the corporate sphere. Witnessing people’s advancement through the organization really energizes him.
Future GoalsCaesar intends to one day become a vice president within the company.
Judi is motivated by the fact that there is no cap on earning at Summit Retail Solutions. Things are fast-paced and constantly changing so there’s always something new to learn. She enjoys interaction with customers, too. Since she’s so people-oriented, this makes her current role perfect for her.

Future GoalsJudi’s objective is to continue cultivating her team in Florida while thriving in the organization overall.
Ricky enjoys the close-knit, family feel of the Summit Retail Solutions office atmosphere. He always has support when he needs it. He knows that even on his best week, there are many areas in which he can continue to improve and grow. Having coaches who can help him reach his goals has been pivotal to his career progression.
It’s easy for Ricky to stay motivated in the company’s performance-based environment, where work ethic and attitude directly impact income. He is also inspired by the firm’s systematic approach to marketing and sales, because it enables people of all ages, educational backgrounds, and employment experience to be successful.
Future GoalsRicky’s goals are to consistently be the best version of himself and to lead by example. Developing other people and seeing them achieve success are especially rewarding for him, so a big part of his professional aim is also to see his own team members fulfill their ambitions.
Dave is a happy employee because he succeeds by his own actions. He is self-driven, so he likes the fact that he can get paid based on his achievements.
Competition is the biggest driver of Dave’s success. He is his own biggest competitor, constantly trying to beat his own numbers and improve.
Future GoalsDave’s goals are to have a self-sustaining team, to max out his territory, and to continue to build in other regions.
Director of Retail Operations
Kim joined Summit Retail Solutions in 2013 , starting first as the Retail Operations and Recruiting Specialist. She brought with her many years of sales and retail experience, some of which included working with Maegan Powers. After two years with our firm, Kim was promoted to Director of Retail Operations. Within her current role, she is responsible for supporting the sales force. Her expertise in compliance has made her an ideal leader to build quality management systems for the field team. Kim also directly liaises with retailers and is an integral part of training program development.
Kim loves the fast pace of this industry and enjoys taking each different day as it comes. She’s enthusiastic about the company’s growth and looks forward to growing herself and her team further. In her spare time, she loves being with family and friends.
Regional Scheduling Manager
In 2012, Nick came from Chicago with 10+ years of project management experience to join Summit Retail Solutions. He was drawn to our firm because of the exciting challenges for growth offered by our unique approach to sales. Within his role as Regional Scheduling Manager, Nick creates, manages, and oversees the roadshow schedule for our entire sales force. He serves as the central contact point for outside vendors as well as executives from our business development, planning allocation, and field teams. His greatest talents lie in creating organization structures and building loyalty with all stakeholders.
Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration (with a concentration in management) from Governors State University and a Master’s degree in project management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He loves live music, movies, and fitness.
Jr. Market Manager
Armando joined our firm in 2015 and quickly proved himself as a national pace setter for our sales team, ranking in top performer lists for several programs. Within a short period of time, he was promoted through several roles before he ended up as Summit Retail Solutions’ Jr. Market Manager. Armando’s talents make him an asset in training and mentoring others on his team. He is currently focused on building employee retention and expanding the firm’s reach into new territories.
